Mock Interview Prep – How It Works
Once you purchase the Mock Interview Prep package, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to schedule your session and submit relevant materials for review. This may include:
Resume
Cover letter
AFOQT / PCSM scores
Flight hours
Target unit information
Previous interview experience (if applicable)
To ensure a productive session, all requested materials should be submitted prior to scheduling your interview. As a reminder, this tier will not provide you with a comprehensive review of your package, which is reserved for tier 1. However, we still need to see your package to tailor your mock interview to you.
After reviewing your information, you’ll be able to book your live mock interview session. Sessions are designed to simulate a real Guard or Reserve hiring board and typically include:
Traditional board-style questioning
Leadership and personality evaluation
Communication and confidence assessment
Aviation and military knowledge discussion
Fighter vs. heavy culture insight
Following the interview, you’ll receive:
Detailed feedback and debrief
Honest assessment of strengths and weaknesses
Recommended improvement areas
Actionable strategies for future interviews
Our goal is to help you walk into your interview prepared, confident, and able to present the best version of yourself under pressure.
