Full Coaching Package – How It Works

Once you purchase the Full Coaching Package, you’ll receive a welcome email with a secure upload link to submit your application materials. This includes items such as:

  • Resume

  • Cover letter(s)

  • AFOQT scores

  • PCSM scores

  • Flight hour breakdown

  • Transcripts

  • Current application packets (if applicable)

From the time all requested documents are received, please allow a minimum of 14 business days for a comprehensive application review. This process is intentionally thorough and includes detailed feedback on packet quality, competitiveness, presentation, and overall strategy.

After your initial review is complete, you’ll receive:

  • Personalized written feedback

  • Packet revision recommendations

  • Unit targeting guidance

  • Suggested next steps and action items

At that point, you’ll also gain access to scheduling for:

  • Live mock interview sessions

  • Follow-on packet revisions

  • Rush and outreach strategy discussions

  • Ongoing mentorship and email support throughout the process
