To get the most out of your session, plan to be in a quiet, uninterrupted environment with a stable internet connection. Whether this is your first mock interview or not, we want to simulate a realistic and focused hiring-board environment.

There is no formal dress requirement — wear whatever you are comfortable in. That said, come prepared and ready to engage professionally. Have your application materials reviewed beforehand, know your story, and be ready to answer questions just as you would during a real Guard or Reserve interview.
